We weren’t created to live everyday at a dead sprint, but that is exactly what most of us do. Running may be good for our physical health, but it is devastating to our spiritual health. In our first series of 2017, we’re going to talk about a radically different way to enter into this new year. Instead of all the “do more, do better” messages that we hear around this time every year, we’re going to do something that we all need to do: stop. Take a breath. Rest.
