We have switched our giving provider from Church Community Builder (CCB) to Breeze. You can either give using the simple form below, or you can login to “My Connect” in Breeze.Login & Give Now
“My Connect” now uses Breeze for online giving. So you can either give using the above form or login to your “My Connect” account and give using Breeze.
Online giving is extremely easy and secure. It works a lot like paying your bills online. You can be assured that we use secure encryption to protect your transactions.
Note: While giving online is available using either a debit card or checking account, giving via checking account is preferred as Connect’s fees are much lower compared to card transactions. To giving via checking, please select “by ACH Bank Transfer” instead of “by Credit/Debit card” on the drop-down menu.
This money is exclusively used to support the work of ministry. Some goes to the direct support of Connect Christian Church. Some goes to the various missions that Connect supports.
Connect is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and all donations that we receive are tax-deductible. However, you should consult your tax advisor to see if you can deduct your donations. You will receive a receipt of your gift either by e-mail or by postal mail.
If you plan on itemizing your church donations on your federal income tax return, please do not file your federal income tax return before you receive your statement or summary of contributions from the church. You may not be able to deduct individual contributions of $250 or more if you file a tax return before receiving a contributions summary from the church. If you have any questions or have not received your contributions summary by the end of January, please see Jay Hess.
Keep in mind that you have until Dec. 31 to make a gift to Connect for it to count on next year’s tax return. Considering a year-end gift? Read this.
What We Believe About Giving
God owns it all
Everything in the heavens and on earth is yours, O Lord… (1 Chronicles 29:11b)
God owns everything. We are simply stewards, or managers, of God’s resources. Everything we have belongs to Him.
God is a giver
Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift! (2 Corinthians 9:15)
We want to be givers because God is a giver. He gave us His very best gift when He gave us His Son!
We are to be generous
And as followers of Christ, we believe that the godly are generous givers. (Psalm 37:21b)
Godly people are generous people. Throughout the Bible, we are reminded that godly people have always returned a portion of their material blessings back to God.
We get to give
This giving is not done reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. (2 Corinthians 9:7b)
To put it simply, we don’t “gotta give.” We “get to give!”
