“My Connect” & Giving Changes

Beginning this week we are phasing in a switch to a new provider for our “My Connect” online system and database that we use to schedule volunteers, handle kids check-in, manage online giving and more.

Our folks are working hard to make this change as seamless as possible, but in case things look a little different, we wanted you to know that we are switching the tool that runs “My Connect” from Church Community Builder (CCB) to a new provider named Breeze.

As Connect grows, it is important that we keep all our backend systems as clean, simple and intuitive as possible. Moving to Breeze will simplify many of our backend processes.

What does this mean to you?

If you were in our database before, we’ve moved your profile over, but you will still need to activate your user account, which you can do below.

Important: Anyone who gives online will need to set up their giving account in the new system. If you give a recurring gift, it will no longer transmit in the old system after December 31, so please go ahead and transition now. Once your account is activated, simply click “Give Now” to get started.

NOTE: Please use the same email you used previously when activating your account.
